Form 3B spent an afternoon cooking with Theo. We made ‘Tomato Spirals’.
We worked in pairs and used the following ingredients:
We rolled out our pastry and spread the tomato puree on top. Next we grated cheese all over the top, then we tore basil leaves and sprinkled them on the cheese.
With Theo’s help, we put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
When they came out they were golden brown and looked fantastic. We all had a taste and agreed they were delicious! We took the rest home to share with our families.
