Student Council - KS2 Film Competition

Posted on: January 16th 2015

The Student Council are waiting with excited anticipation to start receiving films following the launch of their KS2 film competition at the end of last term.  We thought we would remind you of some important details about the competition. The theme of the film has to be a period of history and can take the form of a documentary or fiction based on historical fact with a running time of up to 5 minutes. It can be presented as an edited film or an animation. Children can work in groups of up to five, but all participants must be pupils at the school. They may choose to include other people as actors in the film but they cannot be involved in writing, filming, directing and editing.

This is an optional competition but we would love for all KS2 pupils a go! The deadline for submitting films is Friday 13th February 2015. Please save the film onto a memory stick labelled with your child’s name or email to eellison@norfolkhouseschool.org. The films will be judged by the Student Council and winning films will be premiered at a special film award assembly!
