On the Bellevue Computing Day, some children from Norfolk House went in a taxi to one of the other schools in the Bellevue group. There, we were greeted by Ms Selby our former Headmistress.
At the event, there were pupils from lots of different schools. One of the adults there was working for Barclays Bank! He gave us a speech about the code they used for the most beneficial times to buy and sell parts of businesses. After this we got started on the coding and Lego Wedo, this is when you build Lego and programme it to do things. Having done this, we created a super Lego machine which we used to compete in a tug of war against the other machines. We then pulled a UFO with different weights inside it.
Overall, it was a very interesting day which we all enjoyed!
