Monday 18th November was another ‘spotacular’ day at Norfolk House School as children entered into the Pudsey spirit raising money for Children In Need.
While the younger children made Pudsey biscuits to sell, told stories as ‘dress up’ characters and donated toys to a local charity shop; the older children all took part in a sponsored activity chosen by their classes.
The total raised by all the events was an incredible £2100.
As a result of Children in Need fundraising, over 3000 local charities and projects in communities across the UK are helping children and young people who are facing a range of disadvantages such as living in poverty, being disabled or ill, or experiencing distress, neglect or trauma.
We would like to thank parents and pupils for their generous donations to a very worthy cause.
