The music department are pleased to announce a range of activities for this winter term, to include informal concerts, Harvest Festival, the School Choir singing at Meadows Nursing Home and our Carols by Candlelight event.
This year, I am offering parents and teachers the opportunity to explore singing by forming a Parents and Teachers Choir. Singing practise will take place once a week and the aim will be to prepare a repertoire which will be performed at the school’s concerts or fundraising events. The school would like to congratulate our pupils who attended music exams last year and were awarded music grades. I am delighted to see that our list of talented musicians is growing every year and I would like to thank our peripatetic teachers for their hard work and dedication, as well as our parents’ support and enthusiasm.
