Once again, all the children from Nursery to Form 6 demonstrated their core value of ‘caring’ by getting involved with Children in Need to raise money for children less fortunate than themselves.
The day started with much excitement as the children came into school dressed in their own clothes and with many of them ready to take on a sponsored challenge.
The children in the Nursery had a fantastic time creating money trails up the steps of their classroom, whilst other children on the Princes Avenue site demonstrated their resilience in a sponsored game of dodgeball. It was fantastic to see so many parents getting involved by helping their children to make posters and bake cakes and biscuits for their classes.
All the children in Forms 2 to 6 enjoyed their sponsored activities, from a sponsored silence to a sponsored run around the lake in Alexandra Palace.
It is wonderful to once again see the incredible generosity shown from our Norfolk House families and friends. As the money from the sponsored activities is still coming in, up until Monday 26th November, we hope to share the total amount raised next week. Once again, a big thank you for all your support.
