Last week, all of the boys In KS2 were given the opportunity to participate in a Football Festival at Vita Pax School in Southgate. We set off on a beautiful sunny day, full of excitement and anticipation. It was a chance for boys who had not previously experienced playing for the school’s football teams to represent Norfolk House in a football tournament.
The boys were split into four teams and each team played with great spirit, sportsmanship and enthusiasm. The Under 11 A team, playing probably their best match of the season, won 5-1. The Under 11 B team were up against a very strong opposition and although they lost, they never gave up and showed great commitment. The Under 9 A team drew 0-0 in a very competitive and thrilling game and were unlucky not to win. The Under 9 B team showed great effort and performed well but unfortunately lost their game.
All in all, it was a pleasure to see all the KS2 boys represent Norfolk House at football.
Many thanks, to the parents who supported us on the day.
