On Monday the Form 2 children visited the British Museum. Throughout this term the children have been studying Ancient Egypt and this was an amazing opportunity to bring the subject to life. We walked around the museum in search of incredible artifacts, such as the Rosetta Stone. They learnt about hieroglyphics, the process of mummification, the lives of Ancient Egyptians and how the Pharaohs lived. It was an excellent experience which all the children enjoyed and really has enriched their history topic. Please click the link below to see a video of our day!
