On Friday 15th March our Norfolk School Choir participated in Bellevue Music Festival at the Great Hall of Reading University. The two-hour concert featured school choirs from the Bellevue group performing their own repertoire as well as instrumental ensemble and solo performances. The Festival provided an opportunity for pupils and music departments to come together and, through their performances, to express their creativity and originality and inspire others.
Our Norfolk School choir sang two songs:"I Don’t Want to Live on the Moon" by Shawn Colvin:"Sing" by Gary Barlow & The Commonwealth Band:Fly Me to the Moon (Grade 5 soloist)Nina (Grade 5 soloist):"Sonata E minor Allegro" by Vivaldi (Grade 6 cellist):I would like to congratulate our choir and soloists for their dedication and enthusiasm. They are worthy ambassadors of our school. I would also like to thank all parents who attended the concert.
