Preparing our Nursery Children for Reception

At Norfolk House, we understand the importance of ensuring your child is ready to start Reception; equipping each child with the right tools, knowledge and self-belief to start school as a confident and curious learner. We start these preparations when children are in Pre-Nursery and Nursery, introducing them to new concepts through a varied curriculum that takes inspiration from different educational methods and beliefs.

The expertise amongst our staff has meant that we have carefully selected experiences for the children from a range of different pedagogies that will enhance children's learning and encourage creativity with developing children's language at the heart of our classroom.
