On Wednesday 11th September we held our annual Student Council elections. 15 children stood for election. Each student prepared an excellent speech detailing their plans to improve the school should they be successfully elected. A range of interesting ideas were shared, including a crazy hat day, international evening and making connections with local sporting and cultural groups in the community.
We were incredibly proud of the candidates for their confident public speaking and creative ideas.
The votes were counted and the results are in. The representatives for each Year Group are: Form 3: Jaymin M-P Form 4: Roman P Form 5: Charlotte C Form 6: Laura HThey will also be joined on the Student Council by Head boy, Matthew B, Head girl, Annabel H, and House Captains, Katie J, Kieran L, Jasmine S, Maddy V, Oliver L-S, Salman S-A.
Congratulations everyone; we look forward to working on some excellent initiatives this year in order to make Norfolk House even better.
