Reception have had a busy first two weeks at school. They have been getting to know their new friends and teachers and have had lots of fun exploring their new classroom and playground. This week the children started their English and Maths lessons. The children have been talking about their new friends and the things they have enjoyed in school, as well as practising their handwriting. In Maths the children have been doing lots of activities around counting, recognising and writing numbers. Here are some quotes from the children:
